PMP 考試新模式 – Role Delineation Study

PMI 將於今年九月轉變考試模式，就是加入 Role Delineation Study (RDS) 元素。 Great Learning 就收到大量有關的查詢。
  

什麼是 RDS？譯成中文是角色描述，RDS 普遍地應用到不同的專業；是要描述行業有什麼角色，再分析這些角色會進行什麼任務，從而找出應有的能力。 

PMI經過 RDS後，將 PMP考試分為五個 performance domains:

1.      Initiating the project

2.      Planning the project

3.      Executing the project

4.      Monitoring and Controlling the project

5.      Closing the project 

再列出每個 domain要進行的 tasks及需要的 knowledge and skills；最後再總括出 Cross-Cutting knowledge and skills。至於慣常提到的 Professional and Social Responsibility則會融合到上述五個 performance domains 中。 

究竟考試有什麼改變？

1.      有 30% 題目將變成Professional and Social Responsibility融合到五個 performance domains的題目。

2.      其餘則一概不變。
